Erase your data

Request erasure of your Money Wallet sync data. Sign in with the account you use in the app.

What is deleted

All synced wallets, transactions, categories, images and settings stored on our server, and your expired purchase records.

What is kept

• Data on your devices and in your own backups. Delete the app to remove it.
• Active licences, until they expire. Email privacy@money-wallet.net to remove them sooner.
• The erase request record, server logs and analytics, until their retention period ends.

Timeline

Your data is erased 30 days after the request, and you can cancel until then. We email you when it is done.
